Letrozole (Femara) is the most potent aromatase inhibitor available — significantly stronger than Anastrozole or Aromasin, and the compound of choice when managing heavy aromatisation from high-dose testosterone, Dianabol, or Deca Durabolin blasts. At the correct dose, Letrozole provides complete estrogen control, keeping the physique dry and hard even on aggressive aromatising stacks.
For heavy cycles — Sustanon at 750mg+/week, or a Test + Dianabol kickstart — Letrozole at 1–1.25mg EOD is the standard starting point. Because it is so potent, erring on the side of under-dosing is advisable: crashed estrogen causes joint pain, low mood, libido loss, and impaired recovery that is uncomfortable and difficult to reverse quickly. A bloodwork check at week 4 is strongly recommended.
For mid-cycle gynecomastia flare-ups, a 2-week protocol at 2.5mg/day typically resolves the issue; after which switching to Anastrozole for ongoing maintenance is sensible. Letrozole is not ideal for long-term on-cycle use due to the estrogen suppression depth — it is best used situationally or on genuinely high-aromatising cycles.
